Corporate Structure Cognitive Defense Labs LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Perpetual Knowledge Holding, LLC — the parent organization that owns and stewards the enterprise. This holding-company structure provides long-term strategic continuity, protects intellectual property across the R&D lifecycle, and preserves unconditional control of the company's day-to-day operations and long-term strategy by its service-disabled veteran ownership in full alignment with SBA SDVOSB requirements.
